Placing an Order
To place an order, there are 2 options:

1. Fill in the order form. Following this, we will make contact to confirm the order and provide a final quote.

2.  Send us a WhatsApp on 0724212639 with your desired rental items, rental address, delivery date and time, and collection date and time. 

Extended Rental Periods
If you wish to place an order for a rental that is longer than 7 days you may either contact us directly or fill in the order form. We will then provide you with a custom quote that meets your needs. 

Early and After Hours Delivery/Collection
If you require delivery or collection before or after 8:00 and 17:00 respectively, there will be an additional charge which will be calculated depending on the rental address. 

How We Calculate Rental Days
Our standard rental day works on a regular 24h day. We allow a 3 hour leniency over the 24h period. Anything less than 24h will be calculated on a 1 day rate.
Here are a couple of examples to illustrate. 
Example 1- Delivery is requested for 9:00 and collection is required at 9:00 the next day. A rate will be charged for 1 day. Should you require collection at 11:00, the rate will still be one day as there is a 3 hour leniency on collection time. 
Example 2- Delivery is requested for 9:00 on 2nd July and collection is required at 18:00 on 5th July. The rate will be for 4 days as the rental period has extended 9 hours past the 3 day period. There will also be a collection surcharge as collection is required after hours. 

Payment
Payment can be made either by card, eft or cash. If paying by eft, a proof of payment needs to be provided at least 24 hours before the delivery time. Payment can be made in cash on delivery. Payment can also be made by card on delivery. 

Damaged or Broken Items
We understand the nature of life and the possibility of accidental breakages. Due to this, we will not hold customers liable for broken products during the period of rental. You can rest easy and make use of our products stress free.
