Orders are processed within 2-7 working days. You will receive an order confirmation email. We will also reach out to you via WhatsApp to confirm your order. We will then make contact once your order is ready to ship.

Collection can be made from our business premises in Midrand. Please call ahead of time to make an appointment when coming to view products.

Our business is based in Midrand, Johannesburg, and therefore we make our own deliveries within Gauteng.

Shipping outside of Gauteng
We outsource our shipping for orders placed outside of Gauteng. We make use of Dawn Wing couriers. Courier fees are calculated on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Due to the size of most of our products, courier costs are slightly higher than usual as we cannot package multiple units in a box and are therefore charged per unit shipped.

- R250 - 0-10kgs (1 rail)
- R380 - 10-20kgs (2 rails)
- R480 - 20-30kgs (3 rails)
- R580 - 30-40kgs (4 rails)
- R680 - 40-50kgs (5 rails)
etc.

This is an indication of what you can expect to pay for shipping when ordering from outside of Gauteng. All orders will automatically have shipping fees added upon checkout.
You are also welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from us. Please place your order with us on WhatsApp where we can finalise and arrange the details.
Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
The tracking number can be input on www.dawnwing.co.za.
Courier lead times are usually 2-4 days from date of dispatch.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Our products are strong, sturdy and reliable. Therefore, any faulty products, will be fixed or replaced no matter how long you have had them for. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product we are also happy to refund you the purchase price of the item. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable.
We assure you, however, this will be your last purchase after buying all of those plastic rails and products in the past. You will not find reliability, strength and value like this anywhere else.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Standard Range products are strong and reliable as mentioned above, however they are not high end designer rails. They are easily as reliable as the high end fashion rails out there, probably even more so, but they do not necessarily have the precise finishing touches. They are not made with precision machinery. We make use of disadvantaged workers in the townships to manufacture this range of products. These rails cater to a market that does not need the expensive frills of a designer rail but rather want something that is easy to transport and wont fall apart. Our products are all incredibly reliable and come with a lifetime guarantee.
