How do I place an order?
Please select the product(s) of your choice and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to supply your details for delivery means. Please remember to make sure that your location and delivery option on the cart page are correct before proceeding to payment.
Proceed to payment where you will be prompted to provide your payment details. Do not fret, your details are secured to the same extent as every other major online retailer. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. We will then contact you to set up a time and date for delivery. If you are not happy with making an online payment, we also accept EFT and cash on delivery. Just be sure to select the offline payment option when prompted for payment.

Product Quality and Conditions of Sale
Our products are strong, sturdy and reliable. Therefore, any faulty products, will be fixed or replaced no matter how long you have had them for.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Basic Range products are strong and reliable as mentioned above, however they are not high end designer rails. They are easily as reliable as the high end fashion rails out there, probably even more so, but they do not necessarily have the precise finishing touches. They are not made with precision machinery. We make use of disadvantaged workers in the townships to manufacture this range of products. These rails cater to a market that does not need the expensive frills of a designer rail but rather want something that is easy to transport and wont fall apart. Our products are all incredibly reliable and come with a lifetime guarantee.

Do you ship to my state or country?
We are based in Gauteng, but courier country wide. However we currently only cater to those living or based in South Africa. Please view our shipping page to see the latest information and rates or proceed to checkout where your order will have the shipping/delivery costs added.

For those based in Gauteng, please select the area to which you want your product delivered. For orders outside of Gauteng, shipping is required. Shipping price is based on total weight. Please make sure that your location is correct on the cart page before you proceed to checkout and payment. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping if your prefer. Please contact us on WhatsApp to place your order and arrange.
How long does it take for orders to be delivered?
Our Basic Range products are often ready immediately but can sometimes take 2 days to a week to be delivered depending on stock and demand. You will always be kept up to date though.
The rest of our products and custom orders will vary based on the complexity of the product.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept online card payments through the checkout portal using YOCO Payment gateway. We also accept EFT or cash on delivery for orders within Gauteng. Orders outside of Gauteng require an online card payment or an EFT before shipping.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes we do. VAT is already included in the price of our products.

Custom designs?
Custom designs are welcome. Please get into contact with us in any manner you prefer and we will happily assist in making your idea or Pinterest picture come to life. If you like one of our products on the website but you aren't happy with the size, send us a message with your required dimensions and we will put it together for you.

Do you have a physical retail store near me?
We do not have a retail store, but all our stock is located in Midrand, Johannesburg, Gauteng. We keep our stock in storage. If you've placed an order and chose to collect it, we will be in contact to send your the address and arrange a day and time for delivery/collection. If you would like to view our stock before purchasing, please get into contact with us at least 24 hours before in order to arrange a time and day.
